What happens after my visa is approved?
Simple answer
Follow the grant instructions: download or collect the visa/pass, check the conditions, and still meet entry rules on arrival. Approval to hold a visa is not always the same as permission to stay for a set period after entry.
What it means
You may receive an eVisa PDF, a sticker, or later a pass on arrival. Conditions can limit work, study, or entries.
What you may need to do
Save all references. Check validity and entry type. Carry supporting documents if arrival checks are common for your nationality.

Arrival formalities differ. For Singapore, remember stay is set by the Visit Pass / e-Pass, not by visa validity alone.
