What you need to show: OR outstanding achievements track in certain sectors.
Work: May concurrently start, operate and work for multiple companies; no need to reapply when changing jobs; exempt from COMPASS and FCF job advertising; no levy/quota.
Sponsor: Candidate, EA, or employer via MOM ONE Pass eService.
Other conditions: Family passes available spouse may work on Letter of Consent.

Renewal

Renewable for 5 years each time. To qualify, the pass holder must have earned a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 on average over the past 5 years in Singapore, or started and operate a Singapore-based company employing at least 5 locals, each earning at least the prevailing EP minimum qualifying salary.

Work

Flexibility to concurrently start, operate and work for multiple companies at any one time (subject to employment contract terms, where relevant) without needing to reapply for a pass if changing jobs

OR will earn ≥ S$30,000 under a future Singapore employer

Income: SGD 30,000 a month (Salary track)
Evidence: 12 months

Overseas employer must have market cap of at least US$500 million or annual revenue of at least US$200 million.

Outstanding-achievement track has no salary test.

Fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 for the 12 months before applying, or S$30,000/month with a future Singapore employer (or outstanding achievements route).

Notify MOM about professional activities and annual income by 31 January of the next year.
