Serial entrepreneurs, high-calibre innovators, or experienced investors who want to operate a venture-backed or innovative-technology business in Singapore.
- What you need to show
- Must have started or intend to start a private limited company registered with ACRA (pass holder must hold at least 30% shareholding) that is venture-backed or owns innovative technologies supported by a government-recognised or internationally renowned incubator/accelerator founded and sold a technology business holds registered IP with significant competitive advantage or has a relevant ongoing research collaboration in Singapore with an eligible IHL/RI.

- Work
- Start and operate the approved business in Singapore. No foreign worker levy or quota.
- Sponsor
- You apply for yourself. You do not need an employer to sponsor you. Enterprise Singapore works with the Ministry of Manpower to assess applications.
