How are my documents handled?
Simple answer
Documents you upload are kept in your application workspace for arranged submission. Your panel professional sees files on cases allocated to them. We do not claim certifications or encryption labels beyond what the live product actually provides.
What it means
Access is role-based within the portals. This is not a government vault. You should still keep personal copies of everything you upload.
What you may need to do
Upload only what the checklist needs. Use your own secure devices. Sign out on shared computers.
Country / visa warning
If originals must be posted for a route, follow the instructions for that route; return handling is described there when it applies.
