- Basic monthly salary at or above the Category I floor under the prevailing ESD Expatriate Salary Policy employer sponsorship.
- Work
- Named employer only; Employment Pass for the approved employment.

- Malaysian employer via ESD Online / MYXpats.
- Other conditions
- Dependants allowed. Pass valid in Peninsular Malaysia framing in ESD materials. From 1 January 2027, a spouse who holds a Dependant Pass will be allowed to work in Malaysia conditions to be confirmed by Immigration.
