FAQ · Professionals
Does being eligible for a region let a professional see my case?
Simple answer
No. Region eligibility alone does not open a case. A panel professional sees a case only after Operations allocates it.
What it means
This answer is imported from the public SojournHub FAQ (Professionals). It describes how SojournHub works. It is not an immigration rule, and it does not apply one country’s process to every destination.
What you may need to do
Use the linked SojournHub page for this topic. If you need a visa-word explained, search Help. If you need a rule for your nationality and route, check the official source for that route.
Country / visa warning
Nothing in this FAQ is a universal visa rule. Destination, nationality, and the official route still decide documents, fees, and eligibility. SojournHub is not a government agency or a law firm. Approval is never guaranteed.
Next action
