The Visa Free Transit Facility lets some travellers who normally need a Singapore visa stay up to 96 hours while transiting to or from a third country. It covers nationals of India and holders of certain Chinese travel documents who hold a valid visa or long-term pass for Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, the UK or the US, plus nationals of CIS countries, Georgia, Turkmenistan and Ukraine with an onward air ticket. ICA decides entry at the checkpoint. The stay cannot be extended.
